Like an IPA! – Hops-infused chocolate by Qantu
Enjoy a milk chocolate evoking the pleasure of an IPA-style beer! Infused with aromatic fruity Sabro hops, it seduces with its surprising balance. Inspired by the expertise of brewers at Avant-Garde, this collaboration celebrates a perfect fusion between two gourmet and daring worlds. Cheers!
Cloudberry Caramel by Standout Chocolate
Cloudberries are also known as “the gold of the forest” in Sweden. Well-known for their wonderful and unique taste, they are usually used to make jam that is served with cream and freshly baked waffles. Cloudberry is considered one of the biggest Swedish delicacies.
Matcha white chocolate by Willie’s Cacao
An emerald green jewel of a chocolate. One memorable morning in Uji, just south of Kyoto, Willie was simply blown away by the much celebrated Kotabuki Matcha. He knew at once its smooth, pure flavour would make the most extraordinary chocolate. Here it is, perfectly balanced with natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and milk. Simply sublime.
Mellow Moon (medicinal mushroom and herbal blend) by Raaka Chocolate
Mellow out with this soothing, floral dark chocolate infused with seven adaptogenic herbs and 530 mg of mushrooms, carefully crafted for the after hours. This blend of lion’s mane, reishi, mint, holy basil, lemon balm, lavender, ashwagandha and transparently traded Ugandan cacao all come together to help your mind unwind. Take a bite and leave the day behind.
Cinnamon Maple Bourbon by Fruition Chocolate
Cocoa nibs aged with cinnamon and locally distilled Hudson Whiskey Bright Lights, Big Bourbon from Tuthilltown Spirits. This micro batch dark milk chocolate is refined with Tree Juice maple sugar to bring out nostalgic seasonal flavours.
Vermouth O’Clock by Fjåk Chocolate
60% dark chocolate made with vermouth-infused cocoa, orange and olive. As part of the ‘Bold & Boozy’ series, this bar plays with Agur’s Spanish roots. We can only agree that vermouth represents the coolest of aperitif culture. In Spain, vermouth is usually served neat, with ice, a slice of orange and an olive. Due to past traditions, it’s viewed as the most socially acceptable alcoholic drink to have before noon on a Sunday! Salud!
Skyr, Rhubarb & Avocado by Zotter Chocolate
A sublime rhubarb gelee underneath a creamy skyr layer created with the Icelandic version of sour milk yogurt, enhanced with vanilla and a dash of lemon. At the bottom, a creamy avocado milk chocolate mousse, a fine, non-sweet contrast to the fruity, pillow-soft rhubarb skyr. Covered all over in delicious milk chocolate.
Blackberry & Bergamot by Dick Taylor
A seasonal bar favourite of ours! Sweet, dried blackberries and a hint of bergamot oil are mixed into Dick Taylor’s silky 65% dark chocolate from Belize. The blend of bergamot and berries creates a perfect balance of citrus and floral notes, complimenting the richness of the chocolate.
Juniper Berry by Krak Chocolade
A milk chocolate 55% with cocoa from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A full, powerful chocolate with lots of citrus, floral and piney-spicy notes. Gin lovers will enjoy this bar!
