A chocolate heart made from a vegan raspberry coconut couverture, its stunning colour derived entirely from berries, filled with a crispy hazelnut brittle. It’s prettily decorated with desiccated coconut, fragrant rose petals, green tea leaves, roasted cashews and crispy green tea chocolate flakes as well as a white rice couverture pattern. Cashew Praline with Meadow Flowers:
homemade cashew praline enriched by lemon as well as dried daisies, marigolds, and cornflowers. It is hard to resist this chocolate, but then, why should you?
Taste notes: buttery-sweet, prelude of nuts then passing over to herbal notes. Very subtle citric acidity.
