Born from a serendipitous meeting in Cusco, Peru, chocolate lovers Elfi and Maxime turned their passion for beautiful, cacao-driven chocolate into a reality. After discovering the world of small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate and being blown away by the diversity of flavours, they set out to champion native Peruvian cacao varieties — working directly with farmers to celebrate terroir, genetics and rare, exceptional flavours.
